then on Wednesday we just barely caught our ferry to a small Island called Takashiki. There we got settled into our 10 person cabin (very small but so cute!) and then headed to the beach. The rest of the day is a drunken blur but I know for a fact I had fun! Takashiki really reminded me of a Japanese version of Tahiti. It was so amazing. Everyday we went to the beach and swam, tanned, had hangovers, ate ice cream, and were so happy to be not to be in school. Definitely one of my favorite trips I have ever been on.
Another great thing about Okinawa... there were cats EVERYWHERE! Takashiki had some scary beat up ones but I was in heaven. I need more meows in my life!

They had a play ground here too with a giant slide that you cant see!
Last night in Okinawa!
I honestly have about 20 photos of cats. They were Everywhere and just wanted to be my friend!
This cute guy is poisonous and him and his brothers are all over the island! Good thing I only saw him in this cage. Some locals had just caught him. SCARY!

This woman was nuts. She came up to me and started poking my backpack and saying weird things.. nuts.
It rained one day... ALL DAY
